Job Summary
To enhance patient engagement within a healthcare organization, the remote Epic Care Companion Analyst will design, configure, and support Epic Care Companion workflows, leveraging their expertise to improve care for diverse patient populations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Epic Care Companion workflows tailored to various patient populations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and technical teams to ensure effective configuration and troubleshooting of workflows
- Support the configuration of care plans, task lists, educational materials, and reminders within the Epic system
Required qualifications
- Active Epic MyChart or Ambulatory certification
- 2-3+ years of hands-on Epic build experience
- Experience with Epic Care Companion configuration
- Proficiency in configuring care plans and related materials
- Strong collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
