Epic Certified Application Analyst
Job Summary
To support population health initiatives, the full-time Epic Certified Application Analyst will implement, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet applications while collaborating with operational and clinical stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary application support contact for end-users utilizing Epic Healthy Planet and related Value-Based Care applications
- Configure and optimize Healthy Planet functionality, including Managed Contracts, Rosters, and Dashboards, while supporting ACO operations
- Analyze and troubleshoot application and workflow issues to enhance system performance and reporting
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet applications
- Current EpicCare Ambulatory Certification required
- Experience supporting ACO operations and population health programs
- Knowledge of healthcare quality measures, including CMS, HEDIS, and PCMH
- Experience with data management and system configuration activities
