Epic Certified Applications Analyst
Job Summary
To support the ongoing analysis and troubleshooting of application issues, the full-time remote Epic Certified Applications Analyst will work 40 hours per week, providing diagnostic assistance, maintaining issue tracking, and ensuring strong relationships with user groups.
Key responsibilities
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting for application issues to meet established Service Level Agreements
- Maintain issue tracking and provide proactive status updates to management and stakeholders
- Test system changes and assist with the development of test plans for usability and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Epic Bugsy Certification is REQUIRED
- Epic Orders Certification is REQUIRED
- 2+ years of experience in EHR systems application maintenance/support
- Experience with application/system configuration and implementation of clinical information systems
