Job Summary
To support strategic decision-making, the temporary Business Intelligence Analyst II will design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions remotely for up to one year, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights for operational and clinical decision-making
- Create and enhance dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions while mentoring junior analysts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Nursing, or a related field
- Epic Certification in the area of responsibility
- 3 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics solutions, including strong SQL skills
- Familiarity with the Epic Clarity Data Model
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView
