Epic Certified EHR Analyst
Job Summary
To support the implementation and maintenance of Epic and other clinical applications, the full-time remote Epic Certified EHR Analyst will be responsible for planning, analyzing, designing, testing, and debugging software configurations while collaborating with clinical users and leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Plans and drives software configuration activities, ensuring adherence to standards for design and deployment
- Investigates and resolves application-related issues, maintaining support processes and performance monitoring
- Provides guidance on test planning and execution, adapting testing methods and tools to enhance application performance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Epic Professional Billing certification required within 6 months of hire
- Experience with application management software and tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
