Job Summary
Seeking an Epic Certified EHR Analyst, the full-time remote position will focus on planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining Epic applications, specifically Cadence, RTE, Prelude, or Cupid, while collaborating with clinical and technical teams to enhance system usage and resolve complex issues.
Key responsibilities
- Manages all stages of software configuration development and deployment, ensuring adherence to standards
- Investigates and resolves application-related issues, maintaining support processes and utilizing management tools for performance tracking
- Provides expertise in test planning and execution, adapting testing methods and tools to improve application reliability
Required qualifications
- Epic certification in Cadence, RTE, Prelude, or Cupid
- 5-10 years of relevant analyst experience
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications within 6 months of hire
- No supervisory experience required
