Epic Certified Integration Engineer
Job Summary
To support healthcare integration efforts, the full-time IT Integration Engineer will develop interfaces using standards such as HL7 and FHIR, maintain Epic certifications, and translate clinical requests into effective solutions while working remotely with occasional onsite requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop interfaces based on specifications using various standards and protocols
- Maintain Epic certifications and support application upgrades and enhancements
- Translate clinical and non-clinical requests into effective integration solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology, clinical, or related field, or equivalent experience/training
- Current Epic Bridges Certification with active maintenance of Version Training Certificates
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare information systems or clinical management systems
- 2+ years of Epic Bridges Interface experience preferred
- Experience with Cerner OPENLink Integration Engine and HL7/EDI standards
