Epic Certified IT Program Manager
Job Summary
To lead the development and administration of the Epic Factory AI Program and other strategic initiatives, the full-time Epic Certified IT Program Manager will work remotely, collaborating with IT leadership and business units to solve technology-related business problems and drive project completion.
Key responsibilities
- Develops business cases and requirements in collaboration with IT leadership and business units to address technology-related challenges
- Coordinates and monitors project activities, providing technical direction to ensure compliance with design and quality standards
- Mentors IT team members in workflow and functionality, enhancing existing systems and processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
- Epic clinical application certification (e.g., Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc)
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in information systems with technical or project management exposure
- Strong understanding of software architecture and healthcare standards
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept through execution
