Epic Certified Orders Analyst
Job Summary
To support healthcare facilities, the remote Epic Certified Orders Analyst will provide application support, build, testing, and optimization of Epic Orders workflows while participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application build and configuration for Epic Orders workflows, including CPOE and order sets
- Collaborate with clinical staff to gather requirements and translate them into system functionality
- Participate in system testing, integrated validation, and change management processes
Required Qualifications
- Epic Certification number and the date it was obtained
- Experience in application support and build for Epic Orders workflows
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Knowledge of compliance standards for orders management (CMS, Joint Commission, NC state policies)
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for support issues
