Job Summary
To enhance training initiatives, the full-time Epic Certified Principal Trainer will develop and implement training programs for Epic applications, ensuring alignment with Piedmont-specific workflows, while providing user support both remotely and on-site.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead the training program and materials for Epic applications, coordinating with other Principal Trainers
- Provide user support during go-live events and through various training methods, including classroom and web-based learning
- Participate in workflow design and system build to ensure training content aligns with user needs and system functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer technology, or a related field, or four years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in computer-based software training or a related field, or seven years in lieu of a degree
- Epic certification for the assigned area must be obtained within 90 days of hire
