Epic Certified Principal Trainer

Job Summary

To lead the implementation of training programs and materials for Epic applications, the full-time hybrid Epic Certified Principal Trainer will master both the Epic application and Piedmont-specific workflows, ensuring effective training delivery through various methods, including classroom and remote instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs and materials for Epic applications, coordinating with other Principal Trainers
• Provide user support during go-live events and maintain the training environment to align with production standards
• Participate in workflow design and system build to enhance knowledge of system functionality and training effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer technology, or a closely related field, or four years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Three years of progressively responsible professional experience in software training, support, or project management, or seven years in lieu of a degree
• Successful completion of the appropriate Epic certification within 90 days of hire
