Epic Certified Principal Trainer
Job Summary
To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time Epic Certified Principal Trainer will develop and implement training programs for Epic applications and Piedmont-specific workflows, utilizing various instructional methods while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead the implementation of training programs and materials for Epic applications
- Provide user support through direct training, coaching, and participation in go-live events
- Build, test, and maintain training environments to ensure alignment with production settings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer technology, or a related field, or four years of relevant work experience
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in software training, support, or project management, or seven years in lieu of a degree
- Successful completion of the appropriate Epic certification within 90 days of hire
