Epic Certified Principal Trainer

Job Summary

To lead the implementation of training programs and materials for Epic applications, the full-time hybrid Epic Certified Principal Trainer will master both the application and Piedmont-specific workflows, provide user support, and participate in workflow design and system build.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs and materials for Epic applications, ensuring alignment with user workflows
• Provide direct training and user support, including on-site and remote assistance, during go-live events
• Participate in workflow design and system build to maintain a comprehensive understanding of application functionality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer technology or science, or a closely related field, or four years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Three years of progressively responsible professional work experience in computer-based software training, support, or project management, or seven years in lieu of a degree
• Successful completion of the appropriate Epic certification within 90 days of hire
