Job Summary
To support the implementation of Epic applications, the full-time Epic Certified Principal Trainer will develop and lead training programs, create educational materials, and provide user support, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs and materials for Epic applications
- Provide user support, including on-site and remote assistance, during training and go-live events
- Participate in workflow design and system build to ensure training aligns with user needs and application functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer technology or science, or a closely related field, or four years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in computer-based software training, support, or project management, or seven years in lieu of a degree
- Epic certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment
