Epic Certified Research Analyst
Job Summary
To support clinical research workflows, the full-time hourly Epic Certified Research Analyst will design, build, test, and implement Epic clinical application systems while collaborating with clinicians and research coordinators in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and implement clinical application systems tailored for research needs, ensuring efficient documentation and workflows
- Maintain and optimize Epic features such as SmartForms and Best Practice Advisories to enhance clinical and research workflows
- Resolve end-user issues and provide ongoing support for Research Study Management and Enrollment interfaces to minimize disruptions
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Epic Research certification
- Advanced build experience in various Epic components, including SmartTexts and Workflow Engine Rules
- Proficiency in customizing Epic workflows and dashboards for research requirements
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to produce substantive reports
