Job Summary
Supporting all facets of Epic Hospital Billing, the full-time remote EPIC Certified Revenue Business Solutions Analyst will formulate business objectives, perform functional analysis, and lead projects related to billing workflows while collaborating with operations to enhance system performance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration and testing
- Address and resolve ServiceNow tickets while leading projects to optimize billing workflows
- Provide support to end-users for application configuration and develop necessary workarounds
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
- Two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience
- EPIC certification with a focus on Hospital Billing is highly preferred
