Job Summary
To support OCHIN's mission, the full-time Epic Certified RTE Analyst will resolve complex technical issues, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction
- Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
Required qualifications
- Epic RTE Certification is required
- Minimum of 3 years of Certified RTE build, configuration, and implementation/support experience
- Cadence and/or Prelude certification/proficiency highly desired
- Experience in TriZetto, Quadax, and/or Experian clearing house highly preferred
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach
