Epic Cogito Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Cogito Developer 3 (Clinical / Beaker-AP) will identify business and technical impacts of user requirements, ensure quality and delivery of technology solutions, and create reports to support clinical and business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Analytics leadership to set direction and standards for the Cogito and BI Developers team
- Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements in partnership with Analytics Business Analysts and clinical teams
- Design, code, test, and maintain reporting and analytics objects using Epic's Cogito suite of tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Current certification in Epic Cogito Fundamentals and Epic Cogito Tools Administration is required
- At least 2 current Epic certifications or 3+ years of demonstrated technical competencies in a relevant area
- 4+ years of recent healthcare or IT experience, including 3+ years with BI reporting tools and Epic Cogito reporting tools
- Experience with Beaker-AP is desired
