Job Summary
Supporting a West Coast healthcare client, the full-time salaried Senior Epic Cupid/Radiant Analyst will manage incident resolution, application optimization, and ongoing support for the Cupid and Radiant applications while collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for Epic Cupid and Radiant, including incident management and troubleshooting
- Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to identify optimization and workflow improvement opportunities
- Lead discussions to gather requirements and recommend system enhancements and improvements
Required qualifications
- Epic Cupid and/or Radiant certification (required)
- 5+ years of Epic Cupid/Radiant experience (required)
- Hands-on experience supporting both Cupid and Radiant modules (required)
- Strong understanding of cardiology and radiology workflows
- Experience mentoring analysts or supporting team development
