Job Summary
To enhance the patient experience, the full-time remote Epic EHR Trainer will create and validate training programs, develop content for the Epic EMR system, and coordinate the Specialist Training Specialist program while leading the Epic Training team.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement end user training programs tailored to adult learners for assigned Epic modules
- Collaborate with Epic Application Analysts to understand system functionality and training requirements
- Create and maintain documentation and course materials, updating them based on feedback and training needs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Epic Applications
- Experience in developing training programs and educational content
