Job Summary
To support a leading pediatric healthcare organization, the full-time Epic EMR Analyst will design, optimize, and support Epic Home Care solutions, enhancing clinical workflows and improving patient outcomes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, design, implement, and maintain complex systems to improve clinical care and patient management
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new EMR requests while managing project plans and documentation
- Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure outstanding end-user support and effective training programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Epic certification in the supported application(s) is preferred, with a requirement to obtain certification within six months of hire if not already certified
- Experience working with Home Care and Hospice teams in patient homes
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
