Epic Front End Design Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting an Epic design and build initiative, the temporary Epic Front End Design Specialist will provide subject-matter expertise and facilitate workflow redesign while working remotely for a duration of 6-9 months.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expertise in Epic optimization, specifically in Cadence and Prelude functionalities
- Facilitate workflow redesign and establish enterprise standards in collaboration with clinical and operational teams
- Drive adoption and measurable performance improvement across Patient Access optimization efforts
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with Epic systems, particularly Cadence and Prelude
- Background in healthcare operations consulting, with a focus on Patient Access
- Familiarity with LeanTaaS implementation and Infusion Center access improvement
- Experience in workflow redesign and performance improvement initiatives
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinical and technical staff
