Epic HIM Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Revenue Cycle department, the full-time Epic HIM Analyst will serve as a technical leader in Epic HIM areas, including Release of Information and HB Coding, while managing system design, implementation, and troubleshooting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and implement Epic Revenue Cycle application systems
- Provide project management and customer service, ensuring effective collaboration with clinical teams and stakeholders
- Lead troubleshooting and maintenance efforts for Epic HIM workflows
Required qualifications
- Nine years of related experience or a Bachelor's Degree in a related area plus five years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of Epic HIM workflows and clinical applications
- Advanced problem-resolution skills for complex issues
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences
