Job Summary
Providing critical support for claims processing and remittance workflows, the remote Epic Hospital Billing Analyst will manage system configuration, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure efficient data flow while participating in project implementations and upgrades.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in Epic HB Claims and Remittance, including system design and implementation
- Collaborate with leadership and end users to design and configure solutions, ensuring effective workflow analysis and application configuration
- Participate in Epic upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements, facilitating design sessions and maintaining thorough documentation
Required qualifications:
- Active Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Certification
- 3+ years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support
- Experience with daily on-call support and working on implementations and upgrades
- Proven ability to participate in projects requiring after-hours availability
