Job Summary
To support post-live workflow optimization and upgrade efforts, the contract Epic Hospital Billing Consultant will manage continuous improvement initiatives and oversee the deployment of Epic applications remotely, with occasional travel to Oklahoma as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Manage post-live workflow optimization and continuous improvement for Epic Resolute Hospital Billing
- Support and drive Epic HB upgrade efforts while ensuring timely and budget-compliant deployments
- Oversee integration of Epic applications with third-party systems and engage with stakeholders at all levels
Required qualifications
- Current, up-to-date Epic Resolute HB certification
- Senior or director-level experience in managing post-live optimization and upgrades for Epic Resolute Hospital Billing
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful Epic application deployments
- In-depth understanding of Epic applications and their integration with third-party systems
- Ability to travel as required to support upgrade and continuous improvement activities
