- Manage and mentor a high-performing team specializing in Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Patient Access
- Lead end-to-end system implementations and continuous optimization projects for revenue workflows
- Oversee strategic vendor relationships and integrate 3rd-party revenue cycle service models into operations
Required qualifications
- Must be Epic Hospital Billing (HB) certified
- Proven experience managing analyst teams in Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Patient Access
- Hands-on experience with revenue cycle system implementations and process optimizations
- Track record of managing vendor relationships within a 3rd-party revenue cycle services model
- Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills
