Epic Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the technical design and deployment of Epic integrations, the full-time Sr. Integration Analyst will collaborate with hospital IT teams and clinical end users to support workflows and manage testing cycles, while providing training and production support in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and deployment of Epic integrations, focusing on ordering and results delivery workflows
• Collaborate with IT teams and clinical users to define requirements and support Epic Aura integration projects
• Manage end-to-end testing cycles to validate system changes and document workflows and best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with at least 3 years of hands-on build experience in Epic modules
• Epic certification in Beaker, Ambulatory, Interconnect, Bridges, Care Everywhere, or a related module
• Proven experience supporting clinical or lab ordering and results interfaces
• Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, and Epic interoperability tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
