A company is looking for an Epic Interim Manager for Procedural and Ancillary Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Epic Optime and Anesthesia teams to enhance perioperative and anesthesia practices through technology
- Establish and implement project management processes to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
- Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a clinical-related field, or equivalent work experience
- Seven years of experience with computer systems and applications in a clinical or healthcare business field
- Three years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Certified in an Epic application (preferably Optime/Anesthesia)
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and successful project implementations
