Job Summary
To support the development of engaging learning materials, the full-time Epic IT Trainer will design, maintain, and deliver training content for Epic applications, primarily focusing on eLearning and virtual instruction in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivers orientation and onboarding training for staff, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
- Builds and maintains training environments while managing classroom training materials and learners
- Provides mentorship to other trainers and leads train-the-trainer sessions to enhance departmental capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience with Epic applications
- Epic certifications in applications relevant to the role
- Experience in developing instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content
- Proficiency in Camtasia and Microsoft 365
