Job Summary
To support clinical staff training, the full-time Epic IT Trainer will deliver engaging training programs on Epic eStar and related applications in a remote setting, managing course preparation, facilitation, and post-training support.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivers orientation and onboarding training for newly hired clinical staff
- Administers classroom evaluations and updates course materials as needed
- Facilitates both virtual and instructor-led training sessions to optimize learner engagement
Required Qualifications
