Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst, this fully remote contract position will design, build, test, implement, and support Epic perioperative and anesthesia modules while serving as a key liaison between IT and clinical teams to ensure seamless workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, unit testing, and maintenance of Epic OpTime and Epic Anesthesia applications
- Partner with clinical teams to analyze workflows and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed test scripts and coordinate testing for system upgrades and releases
Required Qualifications
- Active certification in Epic OpTime and/or Epic Anesthesia (dual certification preferred)
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Epic build experience in a hospital or health system environment
- Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Deep understanding of surgical scheduling and anesthesia workflows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for building virtual relationships
