Epic Orders Analyst
Job Summary
Providing high-level support for mid-complexity projects, the full-time Clinical Applications Analyst - Epic Orders will analyze and maintain EHR applications while acting as a liaison between customers and support staff in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead initiatives and projects while developing and presenting educational programs for end users
- Act as a liaison to resolve mid-complexity issues between customers and support staff
- Plan and implement technology learning programs, assessing user competence throughout the process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in a related field
- Experience with Epic Orders is strongly preferred
- Certification in Epic applications is preferred
- Epic Inpatient Orders and Order Transmittal certification is preferred
