Epic Orders Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities, the 100% remote Epic Orders Analyst will provide application support, build, testing, and optimization of Epic Orders workflows to ensure efficient and compliant patient care across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application build and configuration for Epic Orders workflows, including CPOE and order sets
- Collaborate with clinical staff to gather requirements and translate them into system functionality
- Participate in system testing, validation, and change management processes
Required Qualifications
- Epic certification is highly preferred
- Experience with orders management workflows in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of compliance standards related to orders management (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including clinical and ancillary departments
