To support revenue cycle optimization initiatives, the remote Epic PB Analyst will analyze workflows, support system enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders on claims management and billing operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize Epic PB workflows
- Support system enhancements, configuration, and build activities
- Investigate and resolve denials, claim edits, and workflow challenges
Required qualifications:
- Active certification in Epic Professional Billing (PB)
- Experience in claims processing and claim edits
- Knowledge of denials management
- Familiarity with charge capture workflows
- Experience in revenue cycle optimization
