Job Summary
Supporting a health system through go-live stabilization, the full-time remote Epic PB Analyst will resolve post-live PB issues, stabilize charge and claim workflows, and assist the customer's team in achieving steady-state operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve PB issues reported during go-live and stabilization
- Monitor charge review, claim edit, and other PB work queues to identify and fix build issues
- Partner with billing office, coding, and clinic operations staff to resolve workflow issues
Required Qualifications
- Active Certification: Resolute Professional Billing
- Hands-on experience supporting Resolute PB through go-live and stabilization
- Working knowledge of PB charge review, claim edits, work queues, and denial analysis
- Ability to prioritize high-impact issues in a fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects remotely
