Epic PB Claims Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting and optimizing Epic Professional Billing workflows, the full-time remote Epic PB Claims Analyst will manage application support for end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure effective billing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary application support contact for Epic Resolute Professional Billing Claims and Remittance, providing timely issue resolution
- Analyze and troubleshoot application and workflow issues impacting claims processing and remittance
- Participate in system maintenance, testing, and enhancements related to Professional Billing functionality
Required qualifications
- Current Epic certification in Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Claims and Remittance
- Experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing, particularly in Claims and Remittance workflows
- Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and professional billing processes
- Knowledge of healthcare information systems and industry best practices
- Experience supporting Epic application configuration and maintenance
