Job Summary
To support healthcare organizations in overcoming challenges, the full-time remote Epic Prelude/RTE Analyst will manage registration and scheduling workflows, assist in the design and testing of ASA tables, and mentor client Access IS staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Review registration and scheduling workflows with Patient Access and Revenue Cycle leaders to ensure alignment with revenue cycle requirements
- Support the design, build, and testing of ASA tables, and analyze patient estimate accuracy
- Coordinate with revenue cycle partners on Real Time Eligibility and payor plan mapping work
Required Qualifications
- Epic Prelude and Real Time Eligibility certifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Epic Prelude/RTE analyst or advisor
- Experience aligning registration and scheduling builds with downstream billing requirements
- Hands-on experience with payor plan mapping and eligibility workflows
- Familiarity with electronic authorization workflows and Cadence experience are a plus
