Epic Professional Billing Analyst
Job Summary
To support organizational goals, the contract Epic Professional Billing Analyst will manage the design, analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of Epic applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic applications, ensuring adherence to documentation and build standards
- Collaborate with operational leaders and stakeholders to enhance system functionality and resolve issues
- Conduct ongoing maintenance and support of Epic applications to meet business objectives
Required qualifications
- Epic professional billing and claims certification
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in information technology or healthcare-related field preferred
- 6 or more years of experience working with Epic, or 2 years in a certified Epic analyst role
- Relevant IT or healthcare experience using Epic EMR
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex scenarios
