Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads data and reporting initiatives for internal revenue cycle operations
• Develops data solutions to existing business process problems and provides analytical insights
• Creates requirements documents for reporting and data requests, ensuring accuracy and relevance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Information Technology/Computer Science, or Healthcare Administration
• Three years of experience in business analysis or a similar role
• One year of experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports
• Experience with SQL/Oracle and/or Business Objects
• EPIC official designation of Proficient within the new hire probationary period
