Job Summary
To provide operational leadership and coordination, the hybrid Epic Program Manager will manage customer relationships, oversee escalation management, and ensure effective communication during high-priority issues while working remotely or in Madison, WI.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and conduct recurring check-ins with application managers
- Lead escalation management and coordinate communication during high-priority issues
- Compile monthly managed services reporting for customer and internal leadership review
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare IT or Epic-related experience, including program or project leadership
- Epic certification or accreditation in one or more applications (Revenue Cycle or Patient Access)
- Experience supporting Epic application managed services, advisory, or enterprise transformation programs
- Working knowledge of IT service management practices, including SLAs and service reporting
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using operational metrics to identify risks and trends
