Epic Radiant Analyst
Job Summary
Providing high-level support for mid-complexity projects, the full-time remote Epic Radiant Analyst will analyze EHR applications, act as a liaison between customers and support staff, and develop educational programs for end users.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and support the maintenance of EHR applications affected by mid-complexity projects
- Act as a liaison to resolve issues between customers and support staff, ensuring accountability in service delivery
- Plan and implement technology learning programs while assessing user competence throughout the training
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in a related field
- Experience with Epic Cupid and Epic Radiant preferred
- Certification in Epic applications is preferred
- Ability to work under general supervision and respond promptly to customer needs
- Rotating on-call obligation required
