Job Summary
Leading multiple projects and assignments, the full-time Epic Radiant Applications Specialist will manage technical solutions and tools for clinical or business information systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a key member in critical incident management, providing expert guidance during high-impact situations
- Lead projects and manage tasks effectively, ensuring successful project outcomes and resource allocation
- Investigate and resolve application and system configuration issues, collaborating with third-party vendors for effective troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Epic Application certification(s) and Lean Green Belt certification or ability to achieve
- Seven years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
- Ability to act independently with minimal oversight and advise less experienced team members
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
