Epic Radiant Team Lead
Job Summary
To support a large academic health system, the remote contract Epic Radiant Team Lead will oversee a team of six while dedicating approximately 50% of their time to hands-on Radiant build and configuration tasks, working primarily during PST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of six, managing priorities, workload, and deliverables
- Perform hands-on Radiant build, configuration, and technical support for ongoing projects
- Serve as an escalation point for complex Radiant build and workflow issues
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Epic Radiant certification
- 5+ years of hands-on Epic Radiant experience
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team
- Strong hands-on Radiant build, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization experience
- Ability to balance team leadership with hands-on technical work
