Epic Reporting Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Data and Analytics Team, the full-time Epic Reporting Business Analyst Sr. will assess customer analytic needs, develop custom metrics and reports using Epic tools, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and views summarizing clinical, financial, or operational data using Epic Cogito BI tools and Qlik Sense
- Partner with operational stakeholders to understand reporting needs and validate the accuracy of analytics solutions
- Mentor junior team members and document standards and best practices for report development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or ten years of relevant experience
- Six years of experience with BI and analytic reporting software, including two years with Epic Reporting Workbench
- Epic Cogito fundamentals, Cogito Tools Administration, and Clarity Data Model certifications required within 12 months of hire
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries for high-volume datasets
- Experience in data warehouse concepts and enterprise data management practices
