Epic Research Analyst
Job Summary
To support clinical research workflows, the full-time Epic Research Analyst will design, build, test, and implement Epic clinical application systems while working remotely from San Francisco, CA.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Epic features, ensuring alignment with research objectives and improving usability
- Resolve end-user issues and provide ongoing support for Research Study Management and Enrollment interfaces
- Develop test scenarios and conduct testing to verify that system functionality meets operational requirements
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Epic Research certification
- Advanced build experience in various Epic components, including SmartTexts and OrderSets
- Proficiency in customizing Epic workflows and dashboards for research requirements
- Ambulatory certifications are preferred
