Job Summary
To support the revenue cycle implementation, the full-time remote Epic Resolute Application Analyst will manage project tasks, including building system components, testing, and documentation, while ensuring optimal utilization of Epic Resolute software and guiding client decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve certification in Epic Resolute and demonstrate understanding of billing workflows
- Collect and transform complex business requirements into system functionality
- Design and implement detailed systems testing plans to ensure effective product delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Healthcare, or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years of experience with Epic Resolute, preferably in a healthcare organization
- Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification is required
- Experience with medium to large-sized systems projects in a technology-driven environment
- Preferred additional certification: Charge Router
