Job Summary
To enhance revenue cycle operations, the full-time Epic Resolute HB Claims Analyst will design, build, and optimize Epic Resolute HB and Claims applications while providing advanced support and mentorship in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Epic Resolute HB functionality, including billing rules and claim edits
- Support end-to-end claims processing, troubleshoot claim rejections, and manage denial workflows
- Lead Epic HB implementations and optimize workflows to improve clean claim rates and accelerate reimbursement
Required Qualifications
- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Remit Certification required
- 5+ years of Epic Resolute HB Claims experience
- Experience with claims processing workflows and hospital revenue cycle operations
- Strong Epic HB build experience, including workqueues and billing rules configuration
- Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle operations and reimbursement methodologies
