Job Summary
Providing strategic guidance and hands-on expertise, the part-time Epic Implementation Advisor - Revenue Cycle will support large-scale Epic implementations and revenue cycle transformation initiatives remotely, collaborating with healthcare clients and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the planning, implementation, go-live, and stabilization phases of Epic revenue cycle initiatives
- Provide strategic and operational guidance on Epic revenue cycle applications, including Hospital Billing and Professional Billing
- Evaluate current revenue cycle workflows and recommend improvements to enhance patient access, registration, billing, and collections
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with Epic revenue cycle applications
- Strong healthcare consulting experience
- Proven ability to advise clients throughout all phases of an Epic implementation
- Experience in evaluating and improving revenue cycle workflows
- Ability to identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies
