Leading large-scale revenue cycle transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Epic Revenue Cycle Architect will manage end-to-end delivery of Epic implementation and optimization, focusing on back-end billing and collections workflows while serving as a strategic advisor to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of revenue cycle transformation initiatives, including Epic implementation and optimization
- Define solution strategy, scope, and roadmap aligned to client goals and billing and collections priorities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders, leading decision-making and issue resolution
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading complex, technology-enabled healthcare initiatives
- Deep expertise in Epic back-end revenue cycle/billing and collections with hands-on experience in relevant Epic applications
- Proven success delivering large-scale Epic implementations or optimizations, particularly within back-end revenue cycle
- Strong understanding of EHR ecosystems, integrations, and revenue cycle analytics
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities in client-facing engagements
