Job Summary
Supporting OCHIN's mission in a full-time remote capacity, the Epic RTE Solutions Analyst will resolve complex technical issues, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction
- Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
Required qualifications
- Epic RTE Certification is preferred
- Cadence and/or Prelude certification/proficiency highly desired
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Epic application build, configuration, and implementation/support preferred
- Experience in TriZetto, Quadax, and/or Experian clearing house highly preferred
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset
